Spain extradited Harel Ben David, an Israeli citizen, to Israel. Harel is accused of working with his two brothers, Yaniv and Tom Ben David, in a criminal enterprise dealing with fictitious invoicing and money laundering of hundreds of millions of shekels.
The three brothers allegedly set up and ran the crime organization in Spain.
