An indictment has been filed in the Haifa District Court charging four residents of the Lower Galilee Arab town of Kafr Manda, including three police officers, with taking advantage of their access to the Israel Defense Forces to carry out arms deals.
The defendants are the head of a logistics support office at the Police Studies School in Kiryat Ata and two Border Guards in the Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria divisions.
