A police representative has stated, in a hearing on this week's killing of two cyclists in the Sharon area, that vehicle driver Yonatan Fadida was a "ticking time bomb". Fadida was driving while his license was revoked, and according to a suspicion, a bag thrown from the vehicle after the accident contained a cannabis-type drug.
