A Likud spokesperson said that out of 5400 names, contestant Gideon Sa'ar has passed to the Likud administration's scrutiny claiming that there names had been struck from the party: 3071 did not pay dues, 1440 asked to cancel their membership in Likud, and 63 died.

5 were Labor Party members, 26 were Jewish Home Party members, 438 were removed by a decision of a district court judge in accordance with the Likud Supreme Court's directives and 210 were cleared to remain in the party.

"All the details have been passed down to Gideon Saar and everyone who asked for the details will receive them, and of course the Likud election committee decision can be appealed," he said.
