As of January 2020, the accumulated value (erech tzavur) on the Rav Kav multi-line public-transportation card will also be available in Judea and Samaria.
As part of the change, users of the Judea and Samaria lines will have two different alternatives: cash payment per trip at the existing price or prepayment with the accumulated value at the discounted rate given to the cardholders.
