An extensive police enforcement operation was conducted in central and northern Tel Aviv, with emphasis on two-wheelers.
Over the past week, 541 tickets were issued in the city, of which 288 were citations for bicyclists and electric scooters, primarily for off-road, off-the-road, pedestrian, and under-16 driving offenses.
24 tickets were given to motorcyclists and scooter drivers, with the notable offenses being crossing the separation area, failure to give right of way, and driving on the sidewalk.
