18-year-old Barnard College first-year student Tessa Rane Majors was stabbed to death in an armed robbery on Wednesday as she walked in a park located blocks away from her school.
A 13-year-old boy was arrested on charges including felony murder Friday, according to the Associated Press and other outlets.
The case remains an active investigation. Other minors are reportedly believed involved.
