A three-and-a-half-year-old was killed after allegedly falling from a height of two meters in the area of Arad in the Negev.
MDA paramedics gave her medical treatment and performed CPR operations after of which her death was determined.
MDA Paramedic Doral Erzwan said, "We attended a car where a toddler was brought unconscious, with no pulse or breathing, with head contusions. We were told that she had fallen about 2 meters. We immediately started performing advanced resuscitation, but later we had to determine her death."
