A three-judge panel of the Supreme Court rejected, Thursday afternoon, petitions by the Movement for Quality Government and attorney Shafik Rafull demanding that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu resign and order the attorney general to declare Netanyahu incapacitated.
