The Supreme Court rejected on Thursday a motion from the State Prosecutor's Office to appeal acquittals by lower courts of Rabbi Shalom Dov Wolpo and Shabtai Weintraub on charges of of inciting Israeli soldiers to disobedience.
Justice Neal Hendel, who headed the tribunal, cited the prosecution for appealing the decisions about a decade after the lower-court decisions.
