Two fingers of a 4-year-old boy were severed in a staircase of a residential building in Beer Yaakov.
Arie Mendelsohn, head of the United Hatzalah branch in Beer Yaakov, said: "We provided initial assistance to the child and then evacuated him for further medical treatment at the hospital with his severed fingers in an insulated bag of ice."
