Israel Railways in cooperation with Israel Police, MDA, firefighting and rescue, and various local authorities participated today in a multi-casualty emergency preparedness exercise near Afula.
The exercise simulated a multi-casualty incident in which a farming vehicle stalls on the Haemek railway line, resulting in a collision in which a full train of passengers is derailed.
