Transportation Minister Bezalel Smotrich has the Attorney General's Office to ask the State Prosecutor's Office to convert the criminal complaint filed by the Ad Kan (So Far) organization against Anarchists Against the Fence activists into an indictment.
Ad Kan has filed a complaint against three senior members of Anarchists Against the Fence, who organize and participate in violent Friday demonstrations against Israel Defense Forces soldiers. Smotrich said an indictment is better than delaying the proceedings as requested by the lawyers of the left-wing activists, which would prevent the investigation of the truth and stop the harm to the soldiers.
