Putin and Zelensky agree to implement ceasefire in eastern Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Monday agreed to implement a "full and comprehensive" ceasefire in eastern Ukraine by the end of 2019.

The two leaders met face to face in Paris for the first time.
