German General Eberhard Zorn visited Israel this week as the guest of Israel Defense Forces Chief of Staff Aviv Kohavi in his first visit to Israel as Bundeswehr Inspector General.
As part of his visit, General Zorn met with senior officers of the IDF and was briefed on strategic and operational issues. He also laid a wreath at the Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial institution in Jerusalem.
