Foreign Ministers of the European Union discussed, Monday, a letter from Luxembourg's foreign minister promoting a move for unanimous EU recognition of a Palestinian Authority state
The ministers did not go into depth. EU officials said they could not force member states to recognize a PA state if they were not interested in doing so.
