The Criminal Division of the State Prosecutor's Office has filed its response to the Supreme Court in the appeal filed by prime ministerial advisors Yonatan Orich, Ofer Golan, Yossi Shalom and Israel Einhorn, regarding the penetration into and search of their mobile phones as part of the investigation into harassment of Shlomo Filber, state's witness in one of the corruption cases against Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.
According to the response, the state objected to the appeal saying there is no legal or public interest that goes beyond the personal interest of the applicants. The state will further claim that granting the appeal will thwart the investigation.
