The Cyber Department of the State Attorney today filed an indictment in Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court against Nadav Yisraeli, a 44-year-old Ramat Gan resident, for the offenses of attempting to commit indecent acts, disrupting court proceedings, and computer fraud.
He is accused of harassing boys and girls for a long time through the Whatsapp app.
