DM: We didn't return to Israel for them to shoot Jews in their country

Defense Minister Naftali Bennett addressed the security situation on the southern border this morning.

"We have nothing against Gaza citizens who want to live, but we see that sporadic rocket fire is continuing and we need to cause a new situation: You don't shoot at the State of Israel and whoever shoots pays a price. We have to change the equation and it takes time. We didn't return to the State of Israel for them to shoot at Jews in their own country," Bennett said at the Makor Rishon conference.
