One of the defendants in the gang-rape case that occurred in 1999, Shahar Mizrahi, today admitted to the Jaffa Military Tribunal his indictment that includes an act of serious abuse and rape by Mizrahi and three other soldiers.
Kann News reported that the victim agreed to a plea bargain in which Mizrahi admitted to the indictment and his sentence would be four-and-a-half years in prison. The final sentence in the lawsuit will be given on January 14.
