One sentenced in crash that left newly weds dead

Yeshiva World News reported that Rahmel Watkins was found guilty of criminally negligent homicide, assault, reckless endangerment and reckless driving in the deaths of newly wed couple 21-year-old Yisroel Levin and his his wife 20-year-old , Elisheva Kaplan, in Brooklyn New York.
