The Supreme Court has partially accepted the state's appeal and convicted Alon Hassan, former chairman of the Ashdod Port Workers' Committee, on two counts of fraud and breach of trust by a public employee and two counts of corporate fraud and breach of trust.
The state's appeal of his acquittal on another charge was dismissed.
