The criminal division of the Central District Attorney's Office has informed attorneys for former Bar Association chairman Effi Naveh that it has been decided to consider trying him for taking a bribe, fraud and breach of trust, subject to a hearing.
Magistrates Court Judge Esther Creiff will face a similar hearing on allegations of taking a bribe and destruction of evidence, as recommended by the district attorney and deputy state prosecutor.
