The family of Ari Nesher, the 17-year-old boy who died when his electric bicycle was hit by a car driven by footballer Yitzhak Aspeh last year, filed a lawsuit against Aspeh on Sunday for up to 2.5 million shekels.
The suit claims the victim was a 'star' and had a bright future in Israeli and global cinema. About three months ago, Aspeh was convicted of abandoning a victim and disruption of legal proceedings but was acquitted of drunk and reckless driving.
