United States President Donald Trump has congratulated Moshe Holtzberg, who escaped the attack on the Mumbai Chabad House in 2008 which took the lives of his parents, on the occasion of his bar mitzvah.
The president said, "May your faith continue to guide, strengthen and comfort you throughout your life."
