Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has sent a letter to Moshe Holtzberg, who lost his parents in the November 2008 attack Mumbai's Chabad House, on the occasion of his Bar Mitzvah.
Modi wrote to Holtzberg, among other things, that his story continues to inspire everyone.
