Electric bicyclist hit by a vehicle in Tel Aviv

A 16-year-old electric bicyclist was hit by a vehicle on Professor Yehezkel Kuipman's Street in Tel Aviv. His condition is defined as moderate.

Paramedics gave him medical treatment and moved him to Ichilov Hospital.
