Chairman Avigdor Liberman of the Yisrael Beytenu Party said, Thursday, that if Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu would make concessions on religion and state, he would join a coalition of 63 Knesset members with the haredi religious.

Interviewed by the Reka immigrant-geared radio station Liberman explained, "Right now, the obstacle is Netanyahu's desire not to say goodbye to the entire haredi-messianic body. It's like a Catholic wedding. You can't split. That's what keeps Yisrael Beytenu from entering the coalition." He continued. "He always yields to the Orthodox, all our attempts to quietly leave everything related to public transport - because Netanyahu gave everything to the haredim, to [haredi lawmakers] Litzman and Gafni. We can't allow ourselves to enter such a coalition."
