The Movement for Quality Government filed a petition with the Supreme Court on Thursday, calling on Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to resign immediately.
Movement Chairman Eliad Shraga said, "A prime minister under indictment cannot hold office for even one minute. He must be allowed to exhaust all possibilities and fight for his innocence as a private person, but woe be unto us if the prime minister pulls the entire state to court with him. It's not fair and it's immoral." The court has rejected a similar petition by the movement.
