Court approves merger of Mizrahi Tefahot Bank and Union Bank

The Supreme Antitrust Court has approved the merger of Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank with Union Bank (Bank Igud).

The court accepted the parties' appeal and ruled that there was no evidentiary foundation for the merger harming competition.
