The Blue and White Party responded to the Knesset Speaker's statement on renewed contacts to form a unity government.
"We welcome the initiative of the Speaker of the Knesset, as well as any dialogue that could advance a broad unity government led by the Blue and White together with the Likud, which will be based on common ground. Blue & White Chairman MK Benny Gantz instructed the negotiating team, led by Dr. Yoram Turbovitz and Shalom Shlomo, to make every effort to prevent unnecessary and expensive third elections and to meet with the Knesset Speaker today to discuss it , ”The party said.
