Thousands of Ethiopian community members are celebrating the Sigd holiday in Jerusalem.

Dr. Simcha Gehthon of the Ethiopian Jewish Heritage Council says: "In my opinion, this isn't a holiday of Ethiopian Jewry but of all the people of Israel."
