A fire broke out Tuesday afternoon in a private house on Hapoel Street in Herzliya and has spreads to nearby houses.
An elderly man who was rescued from one of the houses but did not need medical treatment. The offramp from Highway 2 at the Shmaryahu interchange was blocked to traffic following the spread of smoke onto the highway.
