The Prosecutor's Office has informed the attorney for Amir Abu-Laban that he is being tried, subject to a hearing, for running over Itai Margi on Yom Kippur.
The specific charge would be manslaughter while light-headed as well as offenses of drug trafficking, possession of dangerous drugs, disruption of court proceedings and conspiracy to commit a crime. Abu-Laban's house arrest has been extended by the court for 30 days until the hearing ends.
