Teen charged for sex offenses that started with Instagram

An indictment was filed on Monday against a 19-year-old Tiberias man for rape and indecent acts on a 17-year-old girl he met via Instagram.

The Prosecutor's Office has filed for the man's detention until the end of proceedings.
