3 Arabs arrested for blowing up vehicle and placing explosives in Jerusalem

Police have arrested three Arabs on suspicion of blowing up a vehicle and placing an explosive device in another in the Beit Safafa neighborhood of Jerusalem, early last month.

The background to the offenses is an ongoing conflict between families.
