Defense Minister Naftali Bennett decided on Sunday to appoint Deputy Secretary-General Ronnie Moreno of the Defense Ministry to the position of Manager of the National Emergency Authority for a period of three months.
The retired brigadier general was recommended by Deputy Defense Minister Avi Dichter and ministry Director General Udi Adam, in consultation with the Civil Service Commissioner. Moreno will continue as Adam's deputy.
