Driver accused of negligent manslaughter of 4-year-old girl

An indictment was filed against a 66-year-old driver for negligent manslaughter of a four-year-old girl about a year ago.

According to the indictment, objects in the vehicle blocked the driver's field of vision and caused him not to notice the girl.
