Police detained for questioning three preschool/kindergarten teachers in Haifa where a 2-year-old toddler lost consciousness and was taken to hospital.
It is suspected the toddler choked on a curtain that was installed over the weekend and became wrapped around his neck.
The toddler is listed in untreatably critical condition.
