The Movement for Quality Government filed an urgent petition this morning to the Supreme Court requesting the court order Netanyahu to resign as prime minister and recuse himself of his post as minister.
In addition, the Movement demands the court order the Israeli government to appoint a deputy prime minister among the ministers. Alternatively, the movement wants the prime minister to declare temporary incapacity, under the Basic Law.
