Police are asking for the public's help in locating a motorist who struck a bicyclist on Kiryat Haim Stadium Street yesterday, seriously injuring him and fleeing the scene.
Police call on the driver of the vehicle to report to the police station and ask anyone who knows more details to call as soon as possible to hotline 100 or any police station.
