The brother of nuclear spy Mordechai Vanunu has filed a lawsuit against the Shin Bet Israel Security Agency for violating his privacy and unlawful actions against him, according to the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation.
He claims the ISA summoned him about two and a half years ago to talk about his brother, but he refused to answer the questions. Since then, he claims to have been detained about ten times without any justification when he was leaving the country.
