The Jerusalem Magistrates Court has banned a 16-year-old boy from all sports events until June 2022 for running onto the field during Saturday night's soccer match between Israel and Poland.
A Polish player was injured during efforts to catch the youth. On Sunday, the Jerusalem Police issued a ban of two weeks from soccer fields which was meaningless since Israeli teams are not playing during that period.
