Blue and White Party Chairman Benny Gantz welcomed United States Secretary of State Mike Pompeo's declaration that settlement in Judea and Samaria does not contravene international law, calling it an "important statement, once again pointing to its firm stance to the right of Israel and its commitment to the security and the future of the entire Middle East."
Gantz said, "The fate of the communities and residents of Judea and Samaria should be determined by the arrangements that meet security requirements and can promote peace. Arrangements that will serve both sides, and will also reflect the realities in the field."
