The Supreme Court has an order for Interior Minister Aryeh Deri to state why he would not appoint a city council for the municipality of Tiberias, instead of dismissing Mayor Ron Cobi from office after Cobi failed to pass the municipal budget.
The next hearing is scheduled for December 1 at 2 p.m.
