Indictments were filed in Beersheba District Court against two Arabs who crossed the fence from Gaza three weeks ago.
The two, Hamas and Islamic Jihad member Muhammad Hsi, 21-years-old, and 20-year-old Wisam Debari were charged with committing offenses against state security. According to the indictments, the defendants participated in riots on the Israeli-Gaza border, and one also engaged in firing incendiary kites towards Israel.
