Louisiana's Democratic Governor John Bel Edwards won a second term on Saturday.
With 96 percent of precincts reporting, Edwards led his Republican challenger, businessman Eddie Rispone, by 50.7 percent to 49.3 percent margin. The Associated Press projected Edwards would hold on.
