The Central District Attorney's Office has filed an indictment in the Petach Tikva Magistrates Court, charging 25-year-old Assaf Sadeh of Beit Aryeh for threats, shooting in a residential area, recklessness and weapons negligence, disorderly conduct in a public place.
According to the indictment, on February 23, 2018, Sadeh went, armed with a Glock gun, along with several other unidentified Jews, to a hill near the eastern neighborhood of the Palestinian Authority village of Burin, and and began throwing stones at the house and the village. A number unidentified village residents responded in kind. The defendant allegedly pulled the gun, hoisted it upwards, and fired several bullets into the air with no danger posed to his life and continued to walk around holding the gun.
