State President Reuven Rivlin received an honorary doctorate on Tuesday from the Weizmann Institute. Rivlin said at the ceremony, "We are in an ongoing and complex battle."
"We will not accept a reality in which hundreds of thousands of civilians are repeatedly living under the danger of rocket fire, and their day-to-day lives are becoming futile. We are determined to win, and to beat the enemy, wherever he hides," Rivlin added.
