Call Center 8840* a Senior Citizens' Inquiries hotline from the Ministry of Social Equality are available for inquiries and provides answers to senior citizens on a variety of issues relating to assessments and proper conduct during an emergency.
The hotline's representatives are prepared to receive inquiries from elderly citizens and their families and will assist in directing and providing information. The hotline is active from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and is available in 8 languages, including: Hebrew, English, Arabic, Russian, Amharic and more.
